• Bookings
  
  Our standard lesson is 55 minutes in length, and is provided on an individual basis (just you and your tutor).
  
  Lessons should be booked and paid advance in multiples of 5 lessons.
  
  When you purchase your lessons, you can fix the times for each lesson at the start of your program, or if you prefer book them as you go. The days and times can be at your convenience, subject to your tutor’s availability.
  
  
• Rescheduling
  
  Once you have booked a lesson for a particular time, you can reschedule it as long as you give the tutor 24 hours notice. If you don’t provide notice in sufficient time, the lesson will be deemed to have been used.
  
  
• Payments

  • Paypal (4% admin fee).
  
  
• Course material
  
  You have the free option of having your lesson recorded so you can replay the lesson as often as you would like on your own PC or laptop.
